Van Oord
As HR Business Partner for the QHSE and Procurement departments, you are the strategic HR advisor for managers and leadership teams. You translate business priorities into effective people solutions and ensure that HR contributes to achieving departmental objectives.
Working closely with leaders, HR Advisors, HR Operations, and the HR Centers of Expertise, you advise on the full employee lifecycle and support organizational development, leadership, change management, talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
You challenge and coach managers, helping them make informed people decisions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR standards. Through data-driven insights and a pragmatic approach, you contribute to continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness across both departments.
Your workplace
Your workplace is our office in Rotterdam, where the QHSE and Procurement teams are based. You will become part of the HR Partnering team, consisting of approximately 30 HR professionals supporting Van Oord's business units and supporting functions.
You report to the HR Manager Operating Departments and work closely with department directors, managers, HR Advisors, HR Operations, and the HR Centers of Expertise. Together, you ensure an integrated HR approach that supports business priorities and creates an engaging employee experience.
