You are an energetic negotiator with strong market insight and a solid network in the maritime industry. With your proactive mindset and commercial drive, you connect ship owners and charterers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best possible results for all parties involved.
Your analytical skills, industry knowledge, and ability to build long-term relationships enable you to thrive in a dynamic and international environment. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the continued growth and professionalization of Vertom Group.

Number of employees: 250–500
Sectors: Dry Bulk Shipping, Tanker Chartering, Port Agencies, Freight Forwarding, Liner Services, and Maritime Services (including technical management and crewing).
Preferred educational level: MBO 4 for nautical and technical crew; Bachelor/Master (HBO/WO) for chartering, ship management, and logistics roles.
Preferred education: Maritime Studies (Master/Mate/Engineer), Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Maritime Economics.
Career level: All levels, including Trainees/Juniors, Experienced Chartering Managers, Technical Superintendents, and Seagoing Officers.
