  • Preferred educational level: MBO 4 for nautical and technical crew; Bachelor/Master (HBO/WO) for chartering, ship management, and logistics roles.

  • Preferred education: Maritime Studies (Master/Mate/Engineer), Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Maritime Economics.

  • Career level: All levels, including Trainees/Juniors, Experienced Chartering Managers, Technical Superintendents, and Seagoing Officers.
