As a Project Manager – Cables at N-Sea, you will manage projects from contract award through to completion, taking full ownership of subsea cable project delivery, including scope, budget, safety and client outcomes.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience managing subsea cable installation and/or repair projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects, delivering work on time and within budget, and meeting client expectations throughout the project life cycle.

Working closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate all aspects of project delivery while acting as the primary point of contact for the client.

What you will do
• Manage projects from planning and preparation through execution and close-out.
• Define and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective allocation and utilisation of personnel.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors, equipment requirements and resource planning activities.
• Monitor project performance and deliver agreed project objectives and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial and SHEQ-related risks.
• Drive project delivery strategy and identify opportunities for additional work and commercial growth.
• Deliver project close-out activities, including reporting, lessons learned and final accounts.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Project Manager within the offshore, energy or a similar project-based industry.
• Proven experience managing subsea cable installation and/or repair projects
• Understanding of offshore contracting and project delivery models.
• Experience working with project management tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to work from our Dordrecht office for a minimum of four days per week

Due to the specialist nature of this position, we are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrable experience in subsea cable installation and/or cable repair projects. Experience gained in closely related offshore subsea disciplines may also be considered.
