As a Senior Tender Manager at N-Sea, you play a pivotal role in securing new business and shaping the commercial success of our projects across Survey, UXO and IRM service lines. You lead the end-to-end tendering process, from opportunity evaluation through to submission and negotiation, ensuring high-quality, competitive and risk-balanced proposals.
You act as the central coordinator between commercial, operational and technical teams, driving alignment and ensuring that client requirements are translated into executable, winning solutions.
