Als Location Foreman Mechanisch ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van mechanische werkzaamheden op locatie. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.
Je combineert technisch vakmanschap met leiderschap en bewaart continu het overzicht. Je schakelt snel bij veranderende omstandigheden en weet teams gemotiveerd en gefocust te houden.
Offshore start je dag met een toolboxmeeting waarin planning, veiligheid en aandachtspunten worden besproken. Daarna zorg je dat werkvergunningen geregeld zijn en begeleid je de teams naar hun werkplek.
Per team stem je risico’s en maatregelen af en gedurende de dag bewaak je voortgang en kwaliteit. Waar nodig werk je zelf actief mee in de uitvoering.

Je werkt in een offshore rotatie van 2 weken op, 2 weken af, wat zorgt voor een duidelijke structuur en een gezonde werk-privébalans.

CSC Crewing BV is part of the Van Weelde Shipping Group (VWSG), established in November 1964 in Rotterdam. The VWSG is a group of companies primarily involved in various kinds of commercial shipping activities in the dry bulk and reefer segments.
For CSC Crewing, it all started when VWSG established CSC Rotterdam for the coordination of its ship management activities. A few years later, VWSG established CSC Manila for crewing activities also for its fleet and for third parties. Thereafter, VWSG decided to move from Rotterdam to Capelle aan den IJssel. As a result of growing business, CSC Crewing started an international orientated manning agent with two offices in The Netherlands and one office in Lithuania. CSC Crewing has now 4 different offices, divided into the Philippines, Lithuania and in the Netherlands.

50 years of history in manning ships, we provide crew for tugs, multicats, coasters, containerships and jackup vessels. IN 2018 we had in towage, offshore and dreding an average of 232 seafarers a day working through us. CSC crewing provides qualified crew members of all ranks in the maritime industry.
