As an Offshore Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of cranes on various offshore projects worldwide. Your tasks will include lifting operations on platforms, pontoons, and ships, drafting lifting plans, and performing maintenance and repairs on cranes. You will work closely with the deck crew and actively contribute to a safe and orderly work environment.
YOUR IMPACTYou have a keen eye for safety and maintenance and take a proactive role in identifying and resolving technical issues
Operating lifting cranes (100-1400 tons, including crawler and offshore cranes).
Drafting and executing lifting plans
Maintaining and repairing cranes, including hydraulic systems and hoisting wires.
Performing visual inspections and replacing components such as hoisting wires and oil.
Ensuring a safe working environment on and around the crane.
(De)mobilizing cranes for various projects.
You are flexible and willing to work internationally.
Offshore Crane Operator Stage 3 certificate and other relevant lifting certificates.
At least 3-5 years of experience with cranes of at least 100T (preferably in the offshore or civil engineering sector).
Technical insight and experience with hydraulic systems.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including abroad.
