As Senior Director, Technology Consulting, you will oversee a multidisciplinary organisation in Västerås, helping NKT develop technologies, support customers, and contribute to the green transition through innovation, research, and collaboration. Guide technology strategy and consulting operations
You will serve as Senior Director, Technology Consulting, leading a center that supports a global cable manufacturer and provides specialized know-how, lab facilities, analytical support, and R&D assistance to NKT’s internal businesses, and external partners. You will oversee technology roadmaps, project portfolios, laboratory capabilities, organisational development, and commercial performance while ensuring efficient operations and alignment with long-term business objectives. Working closely with technology leaders, customers, universities, and research institutes, you will help ensure that technology capabilities meet current and future needs.

The position is based in Västerås, Sweden, and reports to the CTO. Travel is expected at least once per month, typically for 3-4 days.
