We are looking for a motivated and technically curious System Support Analyst to join our IT team. In this role you will take ownership of day-to-day IT systems support, troubleshooting, and operational tasks, working closely with senior team members to keep systems running smoothly and users well supported across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide second-line support for IT systems, applications, and user requests.
Log, track, and update support tickets in the service desk system.
Analyse and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
Perform routine system checks and report abnormalities to senior engineers.
Maintain documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles.
Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialist teams when needed.
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (required).
Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software tools.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Analytical, structured approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Ability to follow procedures and work systematically.
Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems (an advantage, but not required).
Openness to occasional travel.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an IT support or related role.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
