SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

If organized is your love language, keep reading.

Location: Rosharon, Texas
Schedule: Part-Time

Position Type: Temporary / Business-Need Based

Our HR team has a lot happening behind the scenes—and we need someone who actually enjoys the details that keep everything organized.

We're looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR team, with an immediate focus on HR data and document migration, employee records, system updates, and general HR administration.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience, return to the workforce, work a part-time schedule, or simply take on a project where organization and attention to detail genuinely matter.

And we'll be upfront: this is not currently intended to be a permanent position. The role is being added to support our current workload and HR systems transition. We will revisit the position based on future business and department needs, but we don't want someone accepting the role based on an expectation that it will automatically become permanent.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

A major focus of this role will be helping us transition and organize employee documentation as we move between HR systems. That means you'll spend a good amount of time working with documents, employee files, spreadsheets, and HR systems. Moving documents from ADP into SuccessFactors.

You'll also support things such as:

  • Downloading, organizing, validating, and uploading employee documents between HR systems.
  • Reviewing employee records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintaining electronic personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Performing data entry and updating employee information.
  • Comparing information between systems and identifying missing or inconsistent records.
  • Supporting HR system and data-cleanup projects.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and project status reports.
  • Scanning, filing, naming, and organizing HR documentation.
  • Assisting with onboarding and pre-employment documentation as needed.
  • Supporting routine HR correspondence and administrative requests.
  • Assisting HR team members with special projects and other administrative needs.
  • Handling confidential employee information with appropriate care and discretion.

Some of the work will be repetitive. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

But it is important work, and accuracy matters!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You Might Be a Great Fit If...
  • You're someone who notices when a document is filed in the wrong place.
  • You like checking things off a list. You don't mind working independently. You're comfortable doing repetitive work without allowing the quality of your work to slip after file number 127.
  • Ideally, you'll have some previous administrative, HR, records-management, data-entry, or office experience. Experience working with HRIS/document-management systems, Excel, Microsoft Office, ADP, SAP, or SuccessFactors would be helpful—but we're also open to someone who learns systems quickly.
  • More than anything, we're looking for someone who is dependable, accurate, organized, trustworthy, and willing to jump in and help.
You Probably Won't Enjoy This Job If...

You hate administrative work, lose interest when tasks become repetitive, need someone constantly telling you what to do next, or believe details are someone else's problem.

And if your filing philosophy is \"I'll remember where I put it\"—we may not be the team for you.

What Success Looks Like

Success is pretty straightforward: our records are accurate, our documents are where they're supposed to be, our migration continues moving forward, deadlines aren't being missed, and the HR team can trust that when something is handed to you, it gets completed correctly.

This position may be temporary, but the work you'll be doing has a lasting impact on how efficiently our HR team operates.

If that sounds like something you'd be good at, we'd like to hear from you.

A little transparency from us: This position is currently expected to support the team from approximately October 2026 through May 2027. At that point, we’ll reevaluate the role based on the needs of the business and HR function. While there may be an opportunity for the position to continue, this role should be considered part-time and project-based, with no expectation or guarantee of permanent employment.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • Annual Performance Bonus
  • 401k matching up to 6%
  • Vacation and Sick is earned on a pro-rata basis with the number of hours works per pay period
  • Casual Dress
  • Onsite Gym
  • Onsite Cafe
