The role:
As a Hydraulical Tester, you will work from our location in Kinderdijk, focusing on testing hydraulic components and systems such as manifolds, hydraulic power units (HPUs), and hydraulic and electric winches. Your role involves setting up, calibrating, and conducting functional tests on these components using our advanced test benches. Currently, the team consists of two dedicated colleagues with whom you will collaborate closely.
In this role, you will not only perform technical tests but also actively engage with engineers to discuss potential issues and find solutions. Your work is essential in ensuring that all components and systems meet the high standards required for our maritime applications. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of products and contribute to the technical excellence of our vessels.

Selection process:
After your application, a CV screening will take place. If your profile aligns sufficiently, a brief telephone intake with the Corporate Recruiter will follow. If not, you will be informed via email. The selection process consists of two interview rounds. The first interview will be with the manager and a direct colleague. During the second interview, another manager and someone from HR will join. If everyone is enthusiastic, a phone call will follow to discuss the terms of employment.
