Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Professional to join our SSC BSS team and support Finance Master Data operations. The role involves managing vendor, customer, employee, and financial master data, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth business operations across enterprise systems.

Your responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor, customer, employee, and financial master data records.
• Validate requests and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data quality checks and support compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor system interfaces and follow up on data discrepancies or processing issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Maintain operational trackers, support reporting activities, and monitor service performance.
• Contribute to process improvement and data governance initiatives.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Internship or experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Procurement Support, or Master Data Management is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Exposure to ERP systems (FIN365, SAP, Ivalua & MIS365, or similar) is preferred.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
