SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Step into a pivotal role at the heart of Mammoet’s operations. As a Rigger, you’ll take on a hands-on, high-impact position where precision, safety, and teamwork come together to deliver world-class lifting and transport solutions. From executing complex lifts to supporting seamless site operations, you'll be the driving force behind our most critical projects—trusted, respected, and relied upon.
We’re currently seeking experienced Riggers to join our Port Hedland team. This is your opportunity to work across a wide range of client sites throughout the Pilbara, gaining exposure to diverse challenges and environments. We welcome both local Port Hedland residents and FIFO applicants, offering flexible roster options to suit your lifestyle, including a 4:1 roster for local employees with a Local Living Allowance and a 3:1 FIFO roster. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Prepare and manage auxiliary equipment to support lifting, transport, and movement of project loads

  • Secure loads and maintain a safe, organised job site environment

  • Assemble and disassemble ancillary components and materials as required

  • Direct operators using clear signalling and radio communication

  • Ensure all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and project requirements


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Must have full working rights for Australia

  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in mining

  • Current High Risk Work Licence (RI or RA)

  • Working at Heights certification (completed within the last 2 years)

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within one or more of the following sectors: maintenance, mining, or construction
