SUMMARY OF THE ROLEEMD Coordinator
Salary:Â $60,000- $75,000 (depending on experience)

The EMD Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Equipment Management Department by coordinating equipment maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, certifications, and documentation. This position ensures equipment remains compliant, safe, and operational while supporting the effective utilization of Mammoet's fleet and assets.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations, project teams, workshops, vendors, and equipment specialists to ensure maintenance schedules, regulatory requirements, and operational needs are met.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGEquipment Management & Coordination
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for cranes, trailers, SPMTs, lifting gear, and auxiliary equipment.
- Track equipment inspections, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance histories, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor equipment status and availability to support operational planning.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and servicing with workshops and third-party vendors.
- Receive incoming parts and maintain organized inventory levels.
Planning & Administration
- Schedule maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare and distribute maintenance reports, equipment status updates, and compliance tracking reports.
- Process work orders, purchase requests, and equipment-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Support equipment mobilization, demobilization, and asset transfers.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure equipment records comply with company standards and legislative requirements.
- Assist in maintaining inspection and certification registers.
- Support internal and external audits related to equipment management.
- Promote adherence to Mammoet safety standards and Life Saving Rules.
Stakeholder Support
- Act as a liaison between Operations, SHEQ, Engineering, Procurement, and EMD teams.
- Respond to equipment-related inquiries from project and operations personnel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EMD function.

- Knowledge of equipment certification and maintenance requirements is preferred.
