SPMT Operator for Industry Leader in Heavy Lifting and Transportation

Every day around the world, Mammoet’s fleet of SPMTs help to move forward some of the most high-profile engineering projects. As an SPMT operator, you’ll be the one making this happen; working with the industry’s largest fleet to deliver safely and efficiently for our customers.

• Loading, unloading, assembling and disassembling assigned SPMTs and auxiliary equipment
• Operating equipment to the relevant standards and instructions
• Moving loads in line with project requirements
• Performing periodic preventative and routine maintenance
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and effectively

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy transport, SPMT operations, rigging activities, or a related technical environment.
• Experience operating SPMTs and associated transport equipment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and situational awareness skills.
• Basic understanding of arithmetic, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical diagrams/schematics.
• Basic English proficiency (verbal and written) sufficient for operational and safety communication.
• Relevant safety training and certifications; Mammoet-specific training may be completed upon joining.
• Experience in heavy transport, construction, renewables, oil & gas, offshore, mining, petrochemical, or port projects preferred.
• Ability to read transport drawings, follow transport plans, and perform basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Secondary education (ISCED Level 3) or equivalent.
