Planning, designing, and standardizing production processes and work systems to increase productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
Implementing and continuously developing Lean and Shopfloor Management systems, as well as driving continuous process improvement
Providing functional and disciplinary leadership and supporting the development of the Production Process Planning team
Managing automation, digitalization, and optimization projects within the production environment
Planning and further developing existing plants, as well as contributing to the planning of new sites
Supporting the product development process, including ramp-up management and the optimization of new products and assemblies
What you bring to the team
Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in process planning, ideally within a production environment, as well as experience in leading employees
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
REFA / MTM qualification is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good to very good written and spoken German and English
