MissionThe IS Project Manager coordinates the implementation of business IS systems, ensuring that they are effectively interconnected for fluid, centralised data management. He/she ensures that the solutions implemented are aligned with the business processes and contribute to the overall IS strategy.
Tasks and activities
Analysing technical requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
Steering implementation projects for Finance, ERP and HR systems.
Configuring and deploying Finance, ERP and FU systems.
Design and deployment of interfaces between systems (ETL, API, etc.).
Managing the development, testing and deployment phases.
Monitoring interconnection performance and ongoing optimisation.
Technical documentation and skills transfer to teams.
Validation of technical deliverables in collaboration with the business units.
Integrating third-party solutions into the IS ecosystem.
Managing risks, priorities and interdependencies between projects.
Implementing test plans to guarantee the quality of data exchanged.
Work conditions :
Salary : 50-55k€

Location : Jifmar headquarters, Aix-en-Provence. Travel required.
Postgraduate diploma in IT
Experience : 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Skills : English C1 required.
Project management (V cycle and Agile).
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
Interfaces and middleware (API, ETL, ESB).
Knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Analysis of data flows and process mapping.
Business workflow management and BI integration.
Expertise in securing inter-system exchanges.
Resolution of critical integration incidents.
Qualities : Technical leadership and proactive team management. Thoroughness and ability to solve complex problems.
