Your future role
Technical project management and site supervision of complex construction projects
Early involvement from customer inquiry, including technical design and proposal preparation
Overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution through to project handover
Acting as an interface between internal departments, subcontractors, and external partners
Participation in the planning phase, preparation of specifications, and procurement processes
Support during client meetings and project follow-up during the warranty period
Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance throughout all project phases
What you bring to the team
A degree or advanced training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in a technical field, or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of projects in plant engineering or project management, as well as in-depth technical knowledge of the construction industry
Knowledge of relevant DIN standards
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly CAD, Windows programs, and Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to work in a team, willingness to engage in interdisciplinary work, and willingness to travel
