Your future role
First point of contact for reports of IT faults and support enquiries by telephone or ticket (email)
Initial assessment and resolution of faults/problems – direct user support – on-site and remote
Processing and documenting enquiries and incidents using a ticketing system
Analysing and troubleshooting issues within the IT environment
Prioritising new and existing support requests
Communicating with relevant parties (users, IT colleagues from other departments, etc.)
Maintaining and updating the knowledge base
What you bring to the team
Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or a comparable qualification is desirable
Initial professional experience in customer service / helpdesk / support as an IT specialist (m/f/x) – in-person and/or remote is desirable, but not essential
Basic IT knowledge and a general affinity for IT are required
Knowledge of ticket systems is desirable
Problem-solving skills and a strong team spirit
A hands-on approach
Very good command of German and good written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office is essential
