Operation, programming and analysis of modern measurement systems (FARO measuring arm, Hexagon laser tracker) for large and complex assemblies
Programming, operation and analysis of measurement projects using PolyWorks
Creation and maintenance of inspection plans, taking into account drawings, tolerances and standards (GD&T)
Defining suitable measurement strategies in consultation with production and quality management
Analysing, evaluating and documenting dimensional, geometric and positional deviations, including trend and capability analyses
Preparing informative measurement and inspection reports
Collaborating on root cause analyses and initiating and supporting corrective and improvement measures
Maintaining, calibrating and monitoring the measuring equipment in use
What you bring to the team
Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, metalworker or technical product designer (m/f/x), further training in quality management or a comparable qualification
Very good, practical knowledge of PolyWorks (Inspector desirable)
Proven experience with FARO measuring arms and Hexagon laser trackers
Excellent understanding of technical drawings, functional tolerances and standards
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of personal responsibility and quality awareness
Very good written and spoken German and English
