Your future role
Active involvement in production and supporting the production team with assembly, dismantling and modification work
Helping to ensure a smooth production workflow in coordination with other production departments
Helping to monitor the effectiveness of manufacturing processes and the availability of the raw materials used
Assisting the shift supervisor with organisational tasks, e.g. recording and documenting additional work
Monitoring quality, deadlines and health and safety directly on the production floor
Assisting with staff planning and conducting staff training sessionsAssisting with acceptance checks, functional tests and final quality control
What you bring to the team
Completed training in a skilled trade, e.g. carpenter, industrial mechanic, fitter (m/f/x) etc., supplemented by a master craftsman, technician or comparable qualification
Several years of Experience in a production environment, ideally with knowledge of manufacturing processes and cross-departmental collaboration
Good communication skills and a transparent way of working
Commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibilityExperience with ERP systems is an advantage, e.g. MS Dynamics Navision, SAP
Confident handling of the common MS Office programmes
