Electrical planning and technical preparation of production orders
Management of personnel and resource planning in the electrical engineering department
Monitoring of proper electrical installation and quality standards
Coordination and monitoring of manufacturing and modification processes for special-purpose containers, sanitary containers, and sales containers
Interface management between departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Assumption of leadership and coordination responsibilities
What you bring to the team
Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, such as Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics
Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/x), etc., supplemented by a master craftsman’s certificate, technician’s certification, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of electrical installation as well as the maintenance and repair of electrical systems
Experience conducting inspections in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 is a plus
Leadership experience is desirable but not required
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics Navision, SAP) is a plus
Proficiency in using standard MS Office programs
Organizational skills and an understanding of production processes
