Your future role
Our IT team consists of about 50 colleagues who work together on exciting IT projects.
During your three-year apprenticeship, you’ll gain experience in various areas of our IT department, including:
IT help desk, IT infrastructure, IT service operations, and IT security
During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn step by step how modern corporate IT works. Among other things, you can expect to:
Set up and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT systemsLearn about networks and modern IT infrastructuresWork with Microsoft 365 and other business applicationsAnalyze technical problems and work together to find solutionsSupport colleagues with IT questionsLearn about IT security in day-to-day business operations
What you bring to the team
Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification
Good performance in mathematics, German and English
Very good PC skills and interest in new information technologies
Interest in and understanding of (IT) technical and business processes and interrelationships
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
