Your future role

Checking and booking delivery notes and freight documents

Processing and managing lorry tours in the ERP system

Organising stock transfers between the branches

Communication with lorry drivers

Coordinating with internal departments, e.g. with production or the warehouse

Processing tours in the time slot management system

Carrying out incoming and outgoing goods inspections

What you bring to the team

Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, forwarding and logistics clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

Good written and spoken English skills

Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable

Very good knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes
