Spaansen is een dynamisch en sterk groeiend familiebedrijf gevestigd in de Kop van Noord-Holland en Friesland. Het bedrijf bestaat uit drie divisies en biedt werk aan ruim 375 betrokken medewerkers. Bij Spaansen Bouwsystemen, een belangrijke pijler binnen ons familiebedrijf, maken we hoogwaardige prefab casco’s voor toonaangevende woningbouwprojecten. Onze technische dienst bestaat uit een compact maar hecht team van zes collega’s, die samen staan voor innovatie, continuïteit en een sterke onderlinge samenwerking.

Preferred educational level: MBO 2/3/4 for technical, nautical, and logistics roles; HBO for planning, commercial, and management positions.
Preferred education: Maritime Officer (Binnenvaart/Zeevaart), Logistics & Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering (for their Materieel & Techniek division), or Civil Engineering.
Career level: All levels, including Truck Drivers, Schippers (Inland/Sea), Crane Operators, Mechanics, and Planners.
