As Commercial Manager Harbour & Voyage, you are responsible for securing and managing repair, maintenance, and service assignments for floating assets. Whether responding to ad-hoc breakdowns, urgent repair requests, or planned maintenance activities, you ensure customers receive a fast, reliable, and commercially sound solution either from you or from your team of Sales Managers.You coordinate the commercial process from customer request to quotation, contract negotiation, and order intake. In close cooperation with operational teams and service partners, you translate customer requirements into clear work scopes and competitive offers. You actively build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of responsiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.As part of the Management Team, you contribute to the strategic development of Harbour & Voyage, drive commercial performance and operational excellence.Tasks and responsibilities:
