We are looking to expand our port agencies in Brunsbüttel, Hamburg and Rendsburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Check of nominations, calculation of proforma disbursement accounts, invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments.
Creating, processing and documenting orders, incl. arranging of necessary service providers
Registration with authorities and continuous communication with all parties involved
Clearance of incoming and outgoing vessels – also on call outside normal office hours
Support of the vessels´ crew

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, preferably as a shipping and chartering agent
(with a Certificate of graduation by the competent chamber of industry and commerce)
Strong customer oriented mindset and dedication to service
Good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
Confident handling of MS-Office programs
Ability to work independently and flexibility
Ability to work in a team
Car driving license
