An exciting opportunity has arisen at Peterson Projects & Solutions at Colombo, Sri Lanka for PROJECT LEAD/ PROJECT ADMIN.

As a Project Lead/ Project Admin, you will play a key role in supporting project planning, coordination, and management. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, and ensuring budgets stay on course. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly. From preparing reports and managing communication to handling financial proceedings like invoicing and payments, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the project team with planning, coordinating, and managing project activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, track timelines, and monitor budgets.
  • Coordinate the finance proceedings to ensure timely invoicing, payments and budget adherence
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project-related documents.
  • Assist in the management of resources and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
  • Manage communication and ensure issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in project management or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
