Als Teamlead HUB Operations geef je dagelijks leiding aan het team op de HUB in Den Helder en overige locaties waar je teamleden op locatie werken. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, ondersteunt je collega’s waar nodig en houdt continu overzicht over de werkzaamheden. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, gestructureerde en prettige werkomgeving. Je werkt samen met de head of operations.
Daarnaast heb je dagelijks contact met klanten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle commerciële activiteiten op de locatie, waaronder offshore containerverhuur.
