Job descriptionAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking anAviation Logistics Coordinatorfor a leading organization in the offshore energy sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing aviation logistics activities that support offshore operations. You will act as the central point of contact for helicopter scheduling, personnel logistics, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that offshore personnel, contractors, and service providers are transported safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan helicopter logistics for offshore personnel movements.
• Manage Personnel on Board (POB) planning and crew change schedules.
• Liaise closely with operations, maintenance, projects, drilling, and contractor teams to support offshore activities.
• Optimize flight schedules, seat allocation, and payload utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Verify offshore certifications, medicals, and mandatory training requirements for personnel travelling offshore.
• Maintain accurate personnel and certification records within relevant logistics and aviation systems.
• Arrange hotel accommodations and ground transportation for offshore personnel when required.
• Support the planning and coordination of offshore intervention crews and vessel-related logistics activities.
• Monitor and allocate aviation logistics costs to the appropriate cost centres.
• Participate in operational meetings and maintain strong relationships with aviation providers and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and planning processes.

Job requirementsWhat We Are Looking ForEducation & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in aviation logistics, logistics planning, or offshore personnel coordination.
• Experience within the offshore energy, oil & gas, aviation, or maritime sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience working with planning systems, logistics software, or ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
