Marketing Events Intern

The role
As a Marketing Events Intern, you will support the Marketing team in the preparation, coordination and delivery of a wide range of events. You will contribute to internal events, supplier gatherings and international industry events. In this role, you combine practical support with organisational and communication tasks and contribute to the professional execution of every event.

Tasks and responsibilities

Event coordination and support
You will support the preparation, planning and execution of events in the Netherlands and abroad. You will assist with logistical coordination, set-up, materials and stock management, and liaise with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Support for marketing activities
You will contribute to the preparation of presentations, materials and
communications related to events. In addition, you will support administrative and organizational tasks and help ensure event materials and information are available on time.

Profile
You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Studies or a related subject at HBO or Bachelor level. You have an affinity with events and communication, enjoy practical work and thrive in a dynamic environment. You communicate confidently in Dutch and English and work well with a range of stakeholders.

Personal characteristics
You are proactive, hands-on and well organised. You have strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset and a flexible, eager-to-learn attitude. An interest in yachting or the maritime sector is a plus.

What do we offer?
A practical and varied internship in a professional and international environment, offering plenty of opportunity to develop skills in event coordination, stakeholder management and supplier collaboration. You will contribute to an ambitious events programme and gain a unique behind-the-scenes view of the superyacht world.

For this internship, you will receive an internship allowance of €700.00 gross per month.
