Damen Yachting in Vlissingen zoekt jou: een gedreven technisch talent met een passie voor het vak! Ben jij op zoek naar een boeiende carrière in de maritieme techniek? Dan is dit je kans! Bij Damen Yachting in Vlissingen krijg je de mogelijkheid om te Werken en Leren (BBL) bij een van onze toonaangevende bedrijven. Als je voor ons kiest, begin je meteen te verdienen en leg je de basis voor een veelbelovende toekomst.
We leiden je op via het BBL-traject in samenwerking met SCALDA en Stichting Metaalwerk, zodat je een (Allround) Medewerkers Productietechniek wordt met een niveau 2 of 3 diploma. Dit opent deuren naar verschillende technische carrièremogelijkheden binnen onze organisatie. Denk aan functies als Constructiewerker, Pijpfitter, Lasser, Inbouwmonteur of Bankwerker. Je praktijkopleiding als Damen-leerling vindt deels plaats bij Stichting Metaalwerk in het Technum in Vlissingen, allemaal onder hetzelfde dak als SCALDA. Dit betekent dat je een optimale leeromgeving hebt, met de nieuwste technische faciliteiten. Je volgt één dag per week je opleiding bij SCALDA, twee dagen per week praktijk bij Stichting Metaalwerk en bent twee dagen per week bij de leermeesters van Damen Yachting. Bij goede prestaties en na het succesvol afronden van je opleiding bieden wij je een vast contract bij een van de Damen-bedrijven. Zo word je een waardevol lid van een van 's werelds grootste scheepsbouwers!
En het beste nieuws? Damen Yachting betaalt alle kosten van je opleiding, en je ontvangt tijdens deze periode salaris.
