Ben je recent afgestudeerd in Human Resource Management en op zoek naar een functie waarin je brede ervaring kunt opdoen binnen het HR-vak? Dan is deze rol binnen het HR Support team een interessante eerste stap.
Binnen Royal IHC ondersteun je medewerkers, leidinggevenden en HR-collega's bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen en draagt bij aan een goede uitvoering van HR-processen binnen de organisatie.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Junior HR Officer maak je deel uit van het HR Support team. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bieden je de mogelijkheid om kennis te maken met verschillende onderdelen van HR.

Door de brede opzet van de functie krijg je inzicht in diverse HR-thema's, waaronder arbeidsvoorwaarden, recruitment, HR-administratie, wet- en regelgeving, Learning & Development en duurzame inzetbaarheid.

If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).
They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
