To strengthen our Digital Office Team, we are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business, processes and digital innovation. You will play a key role in translating business needs into sustainable digital solutions that support operational excellence across the organization.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will: 

  • Analyze business processes, information flows, and organizational needs to identify improvement opportunities. 

  • Translate business insights into clear use cases and solution requirements. 

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities. 

  • Define new or optimized processes and support the design and selection of fitting digital solutions. 

  • Collaborate closely with initiative managers, IT teams and external partners to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. 

  • Support decision‑making through structured analysis, impact assessments, and well‑founded recommendations. 

  • Contribute to testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.

Your profile

You’ll excel in this role if you bring:

Experience & Knowledge 

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or process-driven role.

  • Experience within HR-related projects or digital transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.

  • The ability to quickly grasp new business domains and understand operational contexts. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong analytical and process‑structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges. 

  • Clear and active communication skills, with an ability to engage confidently with different types of stakeholders. 

  • A user‑ and service‑oriented mindset, supported by critical thinking and a structured working approach.
