Mammoet
Mammoet is seeking a confident and motivated Casual Supervisor to join our shutdown operations, flying from Perth to various client sites across the Pilbara, including FMG, Rio Tinto and Roy Hill.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of crane and rigging operations, ensuring shutdown scopes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead by example, maintain compliance with all safety procedures, and promote a high-performing team culture across site operations.
Coordinate & manage our shutdown workforce
Manage the overall execution of the shutdown work scope
Supervise daily project operations and site activities
Ensure HSE behaviours & policies are adhered to
Lead by example in all aspects of heavy lift
Provide technical lifting advice
Promote & encourage strong teamwork & culture
Previous Lifting Supervisor experience is essential
Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor certificate
Valid Driver's licence
Strong technical understanding of heavy lifting requirements
Knowledgeable with working on mine sites
Proven leadership & mentoring capabilities
Excellent interpersonal & communications skills
Ability to make quick decisions
