About the role:
Location: Boyndie, Banffshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The HSEQ Advisor will provide Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management support to the Motive Offshore Group in all worldwide locations from which it operates.
The HSEQ Advisor will also assist the HSEQ department in ensuring that the company complies with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, ISO 9001, ISO45001 & ISO 14001 standards and all current or future other certification.
This is an opportunity to join a growing global business where you'll play a key role in supporting HSEQ across our worldwide operations. Based at our headquarters in Boyndie, Banff, you'll be the HSEQ focal point for our Manufacturing division while working alongside a supportive team and gaining exposure to a wide range of HSEQ activities across the wider business.
About the team:
As HSEQ Advisor, you will report into Ross, our Group HSEQ Manager, and you’ll join a small HSEQ team committed to upholding great Health and Safety standards throughout the company. Through the HSEQ Department, our mission is to help our staff maintain a safe environment and increase awareness of how to spot any safety concerns. This role will play a massive part in making that happen.
And you’ll be working alongside a committed and proud Motive team in the UK and globally that want to play their part in the growth of the business and support each other daily to create a positive, values driven and hard-working professional environment.

Preferred educational level: Apprenticeships for entry-level technical/admin roles; HND/Bachelor for Finance, Sales, and Coordination; Technical Certifications (NDT, LEEA, PCN) for inspection and offshore roles.
Preferred education: Mechanical Maintenance, Hydraulics, Accounting & Finance, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Career level: All levels, including Apprentices, Interns (Sales/Operations), Experienced Technicians/Operators, and Regional/Commercial Managers.
