For our office in India, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team where collaboration, innovation, and impact are at the core. You will work in a complex and stimulating accounting environment, contributing every day to the success of our projects worldwide.
You will be responsible for the smooth and accurate processing of purchase invoices.
Managing the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level
Verifying purchase invoices against purchase orders
Booking invoices in our system (D365)
Following up on the invoice approval workflow
Handling supplier reminders via email and phone
Performing various administrative tasks within the AP process
Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounts payable invoice booking process, with exposure to Indian GST/TDS or foreign VAT/WHT at document level
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Tax, a graduate degree in Accounting Administration, or equivalent experience
Accurate, independent, and a team player
Able to work well under deadlines
Good knowledge of English
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook
