  • Design SharePoint Online information architecture (sites, hubs, lists/libraries, content types, metadata, and navigation) to support scalable solutions.
  • Develop SharePoint customizations using SPFx (web parts/extensions) and configure modern pages, forms, and list experiences where required.
  • Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint with Dataverse, Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and SQL using connectors, REST APIs, and custom connectors.

  • Establish ALM practices: solution packaging, environment strategy, versioning, and deployments using pipelines/CI-CD where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot, tune, and support Power Platform and SharePoint solutions; resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, estimate effort, and deliver using Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Document solutions (architecture, configurations, runbooks) and promote standards, reuse, accessibility, and compliance across the platform.
Your profile
  • Strong hands-on experience building Canvas and Model-driven apps, including forms, validation, offline patterns, and responsive design.
  • Diagnose flow and app failures, understand SharePoint throttling and platform limits, and apply optimization techniques.
  • Cloud flows including approvals, scheduled and event-driven automations, expression language, retries, and robust error handling.
  • Site, list, and library design; content types and metadata; permissions; and modern page configuration.
  • PowerShell/PnP PowerShell for SharePoint administration and automation; basic Python helpful.
  • Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL; connectors, custom connectors, and basics of REST APIs including Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST.
  • Strong SharePoint development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, and SPFx web parts, including professional coding standards, reusable components, packaging, and deployment basics.
  • Hands-on expertise building modern SharePoint interfaces and custom web parts using responsive HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and React-based SPFx solutions integrated with SharePoint Online.
  • Power Platform environments, roles, and DLP policies; SharePoint groups, permission levels, and sharing controls.
  • SQL querying, data modeling concepts, and basic transformation and cleansing for business applications.
