You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field
You have an interest in shipbuilding, ship conversion and marine engineering solutions
You have experience in engineering, shipbuilding, ship conversion, or a related field is an advantage, but not essential
You have a good technical understanding and an ability to develop practical and effective design solutions
You have experience with, or an interest in learning CAD software and other engineering/design tools (AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Navisworks, SolidWorks, Faro SCENE, ShipConstructor)
You can read and understand technical drawings and documentation
You are able to identify project-related issues and contribute to finding effective solutions
You can work independently as well as collaboratively with project managers, engineers, sales teams and customers
You have good communication and time management skills
You are motivated to deliver high-quality work and find the best possible solutions
You speak fluent English; Estonian is an advantage
