Your Role

As a Grab Crane Operator, you will operate and maintain grab cranes for bulk material handling on offshore and onshore sites. Your responsibilities include safe lifting, transferring, and unloading of cargo from vessels and barges, working closely with deck crew and riggers to ensure efficient and secure operations.

What can you expect from us

Salary between €3500 and €5800 gross per month, depending on age, experience, and knowledge;

Rotational offshore schedule.

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience operating grab cranes in marine or offshore environments.

Good understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safe working loads.

Valid crane operator certificate required.

Offshore certificates (BOSIET or GWO) are an advantage.

Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus.

Ability to work offshore and in rotating shifts.

Physically fit for demanding work conditions.

High level of precision and coordination.

Strong awareness of lifting safety procedures.

Calm and focused under pressure.

Team player with good communication.

Reliable, flexible, and safety-driven.
