Embed sustainability into complex transmission projects
NKT contributes to the renewable transition by delivering power cable solutions for large-scale transmission projects. As Senior Project Sustainability Manager, you establish and lead the sustainability execution delivery function across the Transmission project portfolio. You act as the single point of contact toward Project Execution for sustainability execution planning, prioritisation, and follow-up - ensuring commitments are translated into executable plans and delivered with consistent governance, quality, and audit readiness.
Own execution governance and tender-to-execution continuity
In this role, you own the execution governance for project sustainability delivery: cadence, workload planning, status visibility, and escalation across projects. You lead tender-to-execution handovers so commitments do not get lost at mobilisation, and you standardise tools and routines (e.g., KPI trackers, evidence packs, reporting packs) to reduce rework and strengthen audit readiness.

You will report to Head of Sustainability – Transmission Business Line and work in close day-to-day cooperation with the Project Manager(s) and the project organisation. Collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, Installation, QHSE, Legal, and Commercial teams is essential. Some travel may be required.
