Royal IHC heeft voor september 2026 een mbo stage beschikbaar om de HR support afdeling te ondersteunen. Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende stageplek waar je alles leert over HR Support? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als stagiair human resource management (HRM) ben je bezig met personeelsaangelegenheden. Je gaat de HR-Support afdeling ondersteunen door middel van projectmatige administratieve werkzaamheden. Ook zal je contact hebben met medewerkers, managers en HR. Je krijgt één of meerdere individuele HR-projecten, denk hierbij aan het organiseren van de kerstpakketten voor meer dan 1000 medewerkers, het organiseren van een volleybaltoernooi of het verwerken van de jaarlijkse salarisverhoging. Indoor en uitstroom processen stroomlijnen, zorgen voor een vlekkeloze onboarding van de nieuwe collega’s; jij bent echt van toegevoegde waarde voor de HR Support afdeling!

Als stagiair(e) HR Support krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen in een professionele werkomgeving en te leren van ervaren HR professionals. Wij bieden een prettige en informele werksfeer en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Wij vragen: 

  • Een enthousiaste MBO student Human Resource Management (BOL). 
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor drie dagen in de week.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en enthousiast.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met HR en administratieve werkzaamheden.      

Wij bieden: 

  • Een stagevergoeding van €652,50,- bruto per maand op basis van een full-time werkweek.  
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (OV of kilometervergoeding).
  • Begeleiding en vrijheid om verschillende onderwerpen te ontdekken.

They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
