About the role:

Location: Sharjah

Hours: Full-time

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible and accountable for successful and safe delivery of all projects in terms of quality of work, maintenance of resources schedule, budget and profit margins, and Client satisfaction; from contract award to close-out along with the management, training, resourcing and development of the Motive offshore personnel.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of service delivery across the MENA region, leading a skilled team while working closely with clients and colleagues across our global business. You'll play an important role in driving operational performance and supporting the continued growth of our Testing, Inspection & Certification division.

About the team:

As a part of our FZE team, you’ll become part of a small, hardworking, and skilled team who are used to working to a high standard and specification. Reporting to the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Division Manager for MENA, you will be supported by our team of onshore and offshore personnel working alongside you, whose goal, much like your own, will be to enable a quick and safe turn-around of equipment.

As well, you will be working alongside a committed and proud Motive team globally, who want to play their part in the growth of the business and support each other daily to create a positive, values-driven professional environment.

Responsibilities:

People

  • Adopt and promote the Motive Offshore Group People Values and ensure their use is embedded throughout.
  • Be a positive ambassador for Motive Offshore Group Ltd
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders – clients, colleagues, suppliers etc.

Planet

  • Lead by example in setting the highest possible standards in the promotion of People Values, HSEQ procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance to the Motive Offshore Group HSEQ Policy, procedures, standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Immediately report all accidents, incidents, near misses or environmental concerns
  • Adhere to and participate in company-wide sustainability policies, procedures and initiatives as they are developed to support our Net Zero objectives.

Product

  • Responsible for the quality, safety and timely delivery of all TIC services to the clients within the MENA region.
  • Responsible for the creation and management of the cost budget for TIC MENA.
  • Provide accurate reporting and collation of job costings ensuring completion of month end in a timely basis.
  • Oversee the scheduling and planning of jobs, ensure competent and sufficient technical resources within the team to delivery upcoming work scopes.
  • Ensure the readiness of equipment is performed to Motive Group and regional standards.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects from Sales and maintain strong communication and relationship with clients.
  • Recruit, coach and develop the team members of the TIC team in the MENA region.  Ensure competence and training records are maintained.
  • Provide technical and operational support for partner locations in the middle east (ie Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc.).  Performing annual audits on partners to ensure  quality of service through our agreed channels.
  • Attend regular scheduled client meetings whether in person on or video call.  Ensure minutes and meetings are recorded and actioned for on-going projects.
