Door de verdere groei van onze activiteiten zoeken wij een ervaren Senior Contracts Specialist die stevig kan schakelen tussen contractuele inhoud, commerciële belangen en operationele realiteit. Een sleutelrol waarin je direct bijdraagt aan succesvolle projecten, beheersbare risico’s en duurzame klantrelaties.
De rol
Als Senior Contracts Specialist ben jij de contractuele sparringpartner voor onze commerciële teams, projectmanagers en het management. Je beoordeelt, stelt op en onderhandelt over contracten en commerciële afspraken die bepalend zijn voor onze dienstverlening en projectuitvoering.
Je brengt risico’s helder in kaart, vertaalt complexe contractuele bepalingen naar praktische adviezen en zorgt dat commerciële kansen verantwoord kunnen worden benut. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit operations, finance, legal, tendering en business development.
Deze functie biedt een sterke combinatie van contractmanagement, risicobeheersing en business partnering binnen een internationale, dynamische en snel veranderende energiemarkt.
