Your Role

In this role you will be assisting with the day-to-day bookkeeping as well as administrative tasks in the accounting department in Luxembourg as part of a dynamic and growing team. Your main responsibilities:

  • Administrative management such as
    • Document scanning/validation
    • Management of reminders and e-mail inboxes
    • Updating databases
  • Management of accounts payable
    • Assistance in registration of purchase invoices
    • Checking invoices
    • Preparing payments
    • Digitalisation and automation of processes

You will report directly to the accounting manager.

What do you need to have?

  • You have an accounting assistant knowledge or at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are comfortable using IT and the usual Office tools. 
  • You are organised and meticulous. 
  • You are a team player and work independently.
  • You are a fluent English speaker and have at least basic knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
