The role

Als Technical Support Coördinator zorg je dat verbeterprojecten voor de faciliteiten en (elektro)technische infrastructuur op de werf worden opgepakt en uitgevoerd. De functie is gericht op het verbeteren van betrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid en continuïteit van de (elektrotechnische) faciliteiten. Je houdt overzicht op voortgang, veiligheid, kwaliteit en kosten en rapporteert hierover aan de Production Facilities Manager. Daarnaast stem je voor impact op de operatie af met Operations (Niron).

Key accountabilities

Je signaleert verbeterkansen in installaties en faciliteiten (o.a. elektrotechniek) en prioriteert die samen met de Production Facilities Manager en de Operations Manager.

Je werkt verbetervoorstellen uit tot een concrete aanpak met planning en risico’s.

Je maakt een projectplan en stemt dit af met alle betrokken stakeholders.

Je coördineert de uitvoering met interne teams en contractors, bewaakt voortgang/kwaliteit/veiligheid en zorgt dat de operatie zo min mogelijk hinder ondervindt.

Je bewaakt het budget en stuurt bij als er afwijkingen dreigen.

Je stelt project- en voortgangsrapportages op en bespreekt die met de Production Facilities Manager.

Onderhoud, storingen en betrouwbaarheid

Je analyseert storingen en incidenten (oorzaak/impact) en initieert in overleg structurele verbeteringen om herhaling te voorkomen.

Je pakt waar nodig zelf (incidenteel) een storing op.

Wet- en regelgeving en veiligheid

Je zorgt dat projecten en werkzaamheden voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en aan de geldende veiligheidseisen.

Stakeholder- en leveranciersafstemming

Je stemt actief af met interne afdelingen en externe leveranciers/contractors, maakt duidelijke werkafspraken en bewaakt de contractafspraken.

Skills & experience

MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of facilitair/technisch beheer.

Ruime ervaring met projectmanagement binnen een technische/facilitaire omgeving, inclusief het aansturen van interne teams en contractors, en het realiseren van projecten van initiatief tot en met oplevering/overdracht.

Ervaring met budgetverantwoording, leveranciers-/contractormanagement en stakeholdermanagement.

What we offer

Voor deze functie ligt het salaris tussen € 3800 en € 5000 bruto per maand (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband), exclusief vakantiegeld. De exacte inschaling bepalen we op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring. Deze functie valt onder de CAO Metalektro.

Verder krijg je 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen per jaar (bij een fulltime dienstverband), vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding (23 cents/km), een goede pensioenregeling.

Damen Shiprepair & Conversion (DSC) has a worldwide network of 18 repair and conversion yards with drydocks ranging up to 420 x 80 metres. DSC yards have extensive experience – completing more than 1,300 projects every year, from normal drydockings for scheduled maintenance to damage repair, right up to extensive refit and conversion projects.

Services

Being active in the maritime industry demands continuous vessel reliability. For nearly all vessel types Damen offers a broad range of services, including maintenance, spare parts delivery, training and the transfer of shipbuilding know-how.

Components

Damen is also specialised in the design and production of various marine components including propeller nozzles, rudders, special towing winches, anchors, anchor chains and steel works.
