Support R&D and customer projects with mechanical and thermal simulations using Ansys, contributing to the development of submarine cable accessories for demanding offshore applications. Perform structural and thermal simulations for cable accessories
You will support R&D and customer projects by conducting finite element analysis within structural mechanics and thermal domains. The role involves verifying mechanical designs, evaluating simulation results, and comparing findings with test data while contributing to model validation and improvement.

You will work closely with Simulation Services, Accessories R&D, and engineering teams, with reporting to internal and external stakeholders including third-party reviewers. The position is based in Chennai, India.
