Bij Damen Marine Components in Hardinxveld-Giessendam zorg jij ervoor dat onze maritieme systemen er niet alleen strak uitzien, maar ook jarenlang beschermd zijn tegen de zwaarste omstandigheden op zee.
Je werkt in een moderne, geconditioneerde spuitomgeving aan hoogwaardige producten zoals hydraulische tanks, stuurmachines en andere maritieme componenten. Geen massaproductie, maar vakwerk waar je trots op kunt zijn.
Als industrieel spuiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete spuitproces:
Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van constructie, assemblage en logistiek om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten op tijd en in topconditie de werkplaats verlaten.
Voor deze functie ligt het salaris tussen € 2850 en € 3600 bruto per maand (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband), exclusief vakantiegeld. De exacte inschaling bepalen we op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring.
Verder krijg je 25vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen per jaar (bij een fulltime dienstverband), vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding (23 cents/km), een goede pensioenregeling, flexibiliteit om vanuit huis te werken en volop mogelijkheden voor opleiding en doorgroei.
Damen Marine Components ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige systemen voor de wereldwijde scheepvaart. Vanuit Hardinxveld-Giessendam werken we dagelijks aan innovatieve oplossingen voor onder andere koopvaardij, offshore, binnenvaart, marine en superjachten. Onze producten varen overal ter wereld.
