Description de la fonction :

Le technicien qualité a pour mission principale d’étudier, d’optimiser des solutions techniques de l’activité et de les formaliser sous forme de documents techniques selon les normes réglementaires et les impératifs de qualité, coûts et délais. Il détermine et fait évoluer des opérations techniques, des pratiques et des procédés de réalisation. Il vérifie leur bonne application sur site et réalise également les rapports techniques pour l’armateur.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Le technicien qualité peinture a pour activité notamment :

  • Etablir les « gammes » de travaux technique et estimatif de temps pour les travaux hors standard

  • Mettre en place et suivre des procédures qualité en lien avec le Responsable qualité et le Responsable du service

  • Répondre au service commercial et affaires sur les questions techniques

  • S’assurer de la bonne réalisation des travaux avec les représentants des entreprises sous-traitantes en charge des travaux

  • Contrôler la réception des travaux.

  • Rédiger, analyser et suivre des non-conformités peinture, en lien avec le Responsable Qualité

  • Rédiger des rapports de fin de travaux (sur la base des rapports des sous-traitants peinture)

Savoir-faire / acquis pour la fonction :

  • Maitriser les langues française et anglaise (lu, écrit parlé)

  • Certification contrôleur peinture type FROSIO niveau 2 ou équivalent

  • Solides compétences en informatique requise (pack Office)

  • Être autonome

  • Avoir de bonnes qualités relationnelles ; le poste exigeant des interactions avec les clients, collègues et sous-traitants pour expliquer et faire adhérer aux instructions de l’entreprise
