This involves transporting all types of ships worldwide from A to B for our clients. This could be from the shipyard to the shipping company, between two locations of the client, or from the seller to the buyer. With crew management, we deploy seafarers, sailing on behalf of our clients for both short- and long-term assignments. Moreover, we operate our own research vessel, the ARCTIC. We are currently seeking a Master to join #TEAMREDWISE. At Redwise, no two journeys are the same. You will sail on a wide variety of ship types that may be new, old, large, small, and quite unique, and you will visit exceptional destinations and bunkering ports. As Master, your qualities in seamanship, knowledge, and commitment are crucial.

Possession of a Master qualification.
STCW and other relevant certificates.

Aantal medewerkers: 85+ professionele zeevarenden in directe dienst, plus een groot netwerk van gecontracteerde bemanning en walpersoneel.
Sectoren: Wereldwijde Ship Delivery, Crew Management/Detachering, Deep Sea Pilotage (Loodsen op volle zee), Offshore VTS (Vessel Traffic Services) en Maritiem Onderzoek (via hun eigen onderzoeksschip).
Gewenst opleidingsniveau: MBO of HBO, afhankelijk van de rang; een bachelorgraad is specifiek vereist voor de opleiding tot Deep Sea Pilot.
Gewenste opleidingen: Maritiem Officier (Marof), Nautische Wetenschappen, Maritieme Techniek of STCW-gecertificeerde maritieme trainingen.
Ervaringsniveau: Alle niveaus, inclusief starters/Junior Officieren, ervaren zeevarenden en Senior Officieren (Kapiteins en Hoofdwerktuigkundigen met meer dan 4 jaar ervaring).
